The Dr. Hotze Report: Private investigator Mark Stephens reveals the extent of vote fraud in Harris County – Brighteon.TV
Private investigator Mark Stephens joined the Oct. 17 edition of "The Dr. Hotze Report" on
Brighteon.TV to discuss
how election fraud is being committed.
Stephens is a former investigator for the Houston Police Department and a key figure in uncovering vote fraud during the 2020 elections in Harris County. Host Dr. Steve Hotze said this fraud is what Americans need to watch out for during the November 2022 midterm elections. To this end, Hotze and Stephens set up the Liberty Center for God & Country to uphold election integrity.
"We want to ensure that our elections are fair and that nobody ends up stealing elections, which frankly violates the Eighth Commandment, 'Thou shalt not steal,'" Hotze explained.
Stephens talked about his investigation of vote fraud, which began with sworn affidavits submitted to the Texas Supreme Court. The documents revealed a staff member of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis bragging about bringing in 700,000
illegal votes through mail-in ballots.
In another instance, a witness disclosed that two individuals were involved in forging signatures for mail-in ballots. The female witness first informed the Harris County Sheriff's Department about this revelation before reaching out to Alan Vera, ballot security chairman for the Harris County Republican party.
Hotze's guest confirmed speaking to the witness directly, attesting to a sworn affidavit she had given to an election fraud investigator. According to Stephens, this was an important piece of the election fraud puzzle as it proved that thousands of illegal mail-in ballots were active.
The physician seconded Stephens' analyses, remarking that dishonest people are requesting and signing up phony names to get voter registration cards.
"These people sign up would be 65 or older voters and then they write in for ballots by mail. And the ballots by mail get sent back to the individuals that filled out these false voter certificate requests and they get those ballots by mail."
Stephens: Vote fraud no longer an allegation, but a fact
According to Stephens, election fraud is no longer an allegation but a fact, citing how it is well-planned and well-organized.
Hotze agreed, pointing out that vote fraud through mail-in ballots is just one way of undermining election integrity. According to the physician, additional votes are cast for a particular politician through made-up tens of thousands of individuals, voting for dead people and persons that live in post office boxes or vacant lots that don't exist. He reiterated that vote fraud by mail is a federal offense.
The "Dr. Hotze Report" host stressed that corrupt politicians don't care about the vote harvesters who are caught by the law, because all they care about is power so they can continue to milk the system financially. He added that fraudulent ballots sent by mail are verified by the county's Early Vote Ballot Board – with members of its signature verification committee being all Democrats.
This was not the first time Hotze exposed vote fraud on his
Brighteon.TV program. During
his show's Oct. 3 episode featuring investigative reporter Aubrey Taylor, Hotze focused on his guest's revelation that Democratic Texas Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee was the mastermind behind vote fraud in Harris County.
Taylor also cited fraudulent ballot requests during his appearance on Hotze's program. One such request came from an elderly lady now based in New Orleans who had not been in Harris County for 26 years. The said request was granted, and a blank ballot was sent to an address in the 18th congressional district of Texas under Lee's purview.
Another request saw a person asking for an absentee ballot, despite being dead for almost 30 years. Taylor managed to get information through an open-records request, which revealed the dead individuals "requesting" absentee ballots. Ultimately, both the program host and guest agreed that Palmer and her crew may be voting on behalf of these individuals.
