Dr. Carrie Madej is urging Americans to unite, take a stand and uphold their rights guaranteed by the Constitution. "This is definitely something – a point that we can come together [and] we can stand. Because we have the right. We have the Constitution [and] the Bill of Rights," she told the Medical Rebel Dr. Lee Merritt during the Aug. 9 episode of the "Merritt Medical Hour" on Brighteon.TV. "We are the ultimate checks and balances – We The People." Madej lamented that the federal government is not fulfilling its duties as outlined in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Instead, it is following the dictates of corporations. "We the People have the right to come together; say 'no more;' disband them because they are not following the Constitution and the Bill of Rights; and say, 'We are no longer associating ourselves with this corporate self. It's done. It's over. Your time is done.' Throughout history, as we know, it only takes a small percentage of people that stand in truth to make this go forward." (Related: ReFounding America: Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet fights to defend the rights of Americans – Brighteon.TV.) According to Madej, an osteopathic and internal medicine physician, everyone's future depends on people rising up. People around the world look to America because it still has a constitution that others do not have. The Second Amendment – which guarantees "the right to keep and bear arms" – is also lauded. She also emphasized the value of having a healthy body over a home and other material things. "If you don't have health, you've got nothing. And so, you should never be forced to do anything to your body which is what we're living under right now. And you should always have the choice about what you do to your body."

Madej: Nuremberg Code not being upheld

The Georgia-based Madej also lamented that the Nuremberg Code isn't being upheld, especially on the issue of health and medical treatment. People need to think about this matter as it does not only involve doctors, but also patients. The Peach State's medical board penalized Madej for her opinions about the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines and the nanotechnology inside the shots. In response, she told the board that it does not have the right to take away her ability to heal people. The internal medicine physician also stressed that the board is violating God's law, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Thus, she put it on notice and severed all ties with the entity. Madej remarked that this distorted system needs to be fixed. Merritt agreed with her guest, pointing out that medical school graduates do not need a license to practice medicine. She denounced the medical licensing board as a corporate entity keeping out people that they don't want to be in. "Your medical school and in your residency that's what gives you the God-given talent you have," said the Medical Rebel. "And you learn about using that talent through other places." Madej continued that despite not having a clinic, she continues to treat people through online consultations. However, she clarifies that what she does leans more toward counseling.
