Merritt Medical Hour: CONSTITUTIONAL SHERIFFS are the answer to corruption and abuse, says Richard Mack – Brighteon.TV
Constitutional sheriffs are the answer to the corruption and abuse perpetrated by the federal government.
Sheriff Richard Mack made this assertion during his appearance on the Aug. 30 episode of the "Merritt Medical Hour"
Brighteon.TV. "The constitutional sheriff is the answer for any corruption and abuse going on in our country," Mack told the Medical Rebel Dr. Lee Merritt.
"I don't care if it's the bullying and illegal activity of the [various federal agencies]. These federal agents have become powers unto themselves, arresting people who are not criminals right and left."
Mack,
the founder and president of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA), pointed out that the federal agencies – along with their regulations and policies – do not supersede the rights of Americans. This includes the right to pursue happiness, alongside the right to own and control their property – with the latter applying most especially to Amish farmers. He also slammed the federal government for usurping and assuming the authority to run, manage and monitor every farm in the country.
According to the host of "The Sheriff Mack Show" on
Brighteon.TV, the federal government is "way out of control" when it thinks it can dictate whether or not Americans can own gas stoves and gasoline-powered cars, and if it can mandate people to get vaccines and wear masks.
When Americans falter and lose their freedoms, the CSPOA founder said it will be because they have destroyed themselves. The answer, he continued, has to come from within.
"There's 3,086 sheriffs in America. If we had just a third; if we had a thousand sheriffs standing and defending their counties, defending their people, defending civil rights and our Constitution, we wouldn't be talking about all these problems that keep coming from the enemy within," he told Merritt.
Mack: Sheriffs must protect Americans living in their county
Mack stressed that it's high time the sheriffs take hold of their county, enforce the law and the Constitution and keep their oath of office to protect Americans living in their county. He pointed out it is the sheriff's job to make sure the government is not abusive, oppressive, unconstitutional and destroying people's rights, businesses and land. (Related:

Merritt agreed with his guest, saying that constitutional sheriffs are what Americans need to address abuses of government agencies. Any
pushback against federal tyranny, she added, is going to start at the county level with the sheriff at the helm.
Americans must have sheriffs who recognize and stand for their oath of office, the American dream and the Constitution, said Mack.
The former sheriff of Arizona's Graham County also called on Americans to know and understand the principle of federalism, which discusses the powers between the states and the federal government. He also mentioned a Supreme Court's decision explaining that the federal government cannot tell the states what to do and that state legislatures are not subject to federal direction.
"We are autonomous, we are sovereign, and we must act accordingly," said Mack. He also referenced
a warning by former President Thomas Jefferson: "When all government … shall be drawn to Washington, [D.C.] as the center of all power, it will render powerless the checks provided of one government on another and will become as
venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated."
