Left-wing climate group quietly "training" America's judiciary to be BIASED and partisan
The legal foundation of the United States is
under attack by the climate lobby, which has been quietly "training," also known as
brainwashing, the nation's judiciary into climate cultism.
The Washington, D.C.-based Environmental Law Institute (ELI) created a program called the Climate Judiciary Project (CJP) in 2018 that established a first-of-its-kind resource for "reliable, up-to-date information" about climate change litigation. We are told that the CJP has since reached not just state and federal courts but also powerful appellate courts.
The purpose of the CJP is to indoctrinate the nation's judges into concepts like "climate justice" and "equity" that run contrary to the United States Constitution and the rights and liberties recognized therein.
ELI is described by
FOX News as a "little-known judicial advocacy organization" that is financed by "left-wing nonprofits." It exists to transform what was originally designed to be a nonpartisan apparatus into a far-left partisan one that abides by the doctrines of climate change and global warming, the new leftist religion.
"When you have a group of people who don’t believe in the foundational values of America, this is what you get – a covert operation to transform what ought to be an unbiased and nonpartisan apparatus into a biased and partisan one," writes Olivia Murray for
American Thinker. "When the courts become an instrument to advance an agenda, it is a serious infringement on the right of a person or party to an impartial arbiter and the development is, naturally, alarming."
"When judicial minds receive 'quiet training' in pseudo-science to ensure 'climate justice' and 'equity' are taken into consideration the threat of prejudiced decisions increases, and unconstitutional laws, and bureaucratic rules and mandates become 'legal' despite any fact, reason, or authority to support their implementation."

planning for a future marked by climate "catastrophes" that require full-scale government lockdowns in order to sustainably manage.)
Climate "science" is radical mythology rooted in fear and paranoia
In the five years since it was started, the CJP has reportedly created 13 different "curriculum modules" and hosted all sorts of events at which they were presented to "more than 1,700 judges."
On its website, ELI explains that its CJP exists to help judges better consider "complex scientific and legal questions" pertaining to climate change and global warming. The program aims to "meet judges' need for basic familiarity with climate science methods and concepts," the group says.
ELI says climate science is "developing rapidly," hence the need for all this "training" within the judicial system. In other words, the science is
not settled on the matter like it is for other concepts such as life beginning at conception, or the fact that there are only two genders: male and female.
"I wonder how we can expect those gas stove rulings to go?" Murray asks. "What about when the tyrannical government imposes a 'carbon emissions' limit on all American subjects? And when the federal bureaucracy takes away the heating and cooling elements in our homes?"
"What happens if legislators dictate that grocery store chains can only sell a limited amount of beef – or, none at all? Will these illegal actions be upheld? Well, presumably yes, because a 'trained' judiciary will be right there to rule the 'right' way."
A commenter on a story about ELI's little climate scheme wrote that leftism, in his view, "will not go away on its own." This means that the nation's patriots need to "destroy it by litigating it into the stratosphere."
"Every infringement on our liberty through these arbitrary Leftist practices must be called out and shown the door," this person further wrote. "Revolution if necessary; capitulation never."
